Help sounds setting motion sensors

I'm not able to find where or how to change the different motion sensors nor can I figure out how to get it to notify me as soon as motion is detected. I knw that I may sound highly stupid and tbh I am whn it comes to technology and no I'm not that old...

Please 🙏 someone help walk me through step by step. Thanks so much for anyone who offers advice
