My free trial ended and how do I purchase a subscription?
i signed into Google home and now what? If I choose Nest aware there is no subscription available

You could go to https://store.google.com, login with your Google credentials (if needed), Click on your account information near upper right side of page - may be an icon, then subscriptions.
