Home mini not announcing the names of Familiar Faces from the doorbell

Hi there, my Google home mini used to announce the name of the person at the front door when the doorbell rang. 

Now it just says ‘someone is at the front door’ even when it’s someone who is listed as a Familiar Face from face detection.

How do I get it to start announcing the name of the person again?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, are you seeing the same "Someone is at the front door" notification from your mobile phone? Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription? Try restarting your Nest Doorbell and Nest Mini.
