Home presence not working consistently

I have started having a problem with the home presence not turning off my camera when I arrive home. It's not all the time but quite often when I get home my camera doesn't turn off. Even after I have been home for a while my phone presence isn't detected and I have to manually turn off my phone. Google home is set to use presence detection using my phones location and my phone is set to always use location for google home app. 

Anyone have any ideas what I can do to fix this issue?

• Make sure no other devices are signed into the same Google account and controlling presence detection in your home.
• If you have a Nest Thermostat, it can also contribute to presence detection using its motion sensors.
• Check your phone's location accuracy when you arrive home. A strong GPS signal helps presence detection work better.
