How can I turn off the outdoor chime/theme and keep the indoor Chime (Wired)

We live in a quiet neighbourhood with houses close to one another. As a matter of privacy, I would like to have guests ring my doorbell without my neighbours/street knowing I have guests by the loud outdoor chime it makes.

How do I turn off the sound outside on the doorbell and keep the chime that rings indoors working - like a traditional doorbell? 
I recall being able to turn this off and customise it as needed.

I don't know about the 2nd Gen Google Nest Doorbell, but our Google Nest Hello Doorbells have never had the ability to turn off the outdoor chime that sounds on the doorbell itself.
