How could I get invading from stranger inside my house via Nest or google home

How could I get invading from stranger inside my house via Nest or google home ? How could I proceed the legally step with identity evidence from Google?

Based on my Samsung service care gurantee that my phone were got hacked or sync several time without any notices with I think I found several camera items were hiding in my house. Once or twice my smart TV was delayed immediately and I checked the using device which shows background app displayed Netflix under my account. The most important Nest and Google home showed the log function to link with my door keylock and it seems preceeding unlocked when I were not at home about many times. I cannot believe it. So, I am here to underline my question if Nest possible to chain with my automatic door lock. It yes, can google provide the document that I can proceed the legally processes like whose  registed stranger devices which were using in my room,  thank
