@geraldabdoll It's us again. How's it going with your Nest Doorbell? Were you able to perform the suggested steps above? In case you're still getting the same issue, you may try resetting your Nest Doorbell to the factory default then remove and re-add it to your Google Home app. Remember all of your recorded events will get removed after the reset. In case you have an update, don't hesitate to post here.
