When installing the mounting hardware for my new doorbell to the brick wall, one of the small screws that connects the base plate to the wedge popped loose and fell on ground. I would like to order replacement mounting hardware please. Please help, thank you.

Hello, this is a user forum only. Google doesn't monitor this. If you want to try and get the screws you will need to open a support ticket with Google. But I have to be honest if it were me it would be a trip to the local hardware store.
Here is the link if you want to try getting it from Google

I’ve done exactly the same today, contacted Google who offered the option of either a replacement doorbell or the number for my local Nest expert. In the end I’ve just order some M3 x 8 countersunk screws from Amazon, will find out tomorrow if they fit.

Sorry to hear about your mounting screw! I am afraid that we do not offer replacement parts. If your device is still under warranty, I would like to ask you to fill out this form and a higher tier of support will reach out to you.

Hi Brad, I have sorted the issue now. However it is a shame Google don’t stock or sell replacement parts such as this. My issue arose whilst having a new front door fitted but could occur anytime from renovating the house to moving home or just losing a screw. Would really be worth taking forward.

Screws arrived today and are a perfect replacement. M3 x 8mm countersunk machine screw (bolt) for anyone looking, also have quite a few spare 🤣

Hey, thank you for the update. Could you please include the url where you bought them? Also, if you're in Canada I would be interested to buy from you please.

I’m over in the UK, so not sure if you will probably find cheaper there. If Amazon is an option these are the same Screws I ordered over here.
