I added it today, I could see the room during setup. I just went on home app and I can't turn it on. It is not mounted yet but set in the living room. I was checking because our internet went out right at the end of set up

Hi Cher,
Thanks for reaching out! Got it, thanks for sharing that with us. Let's get this sorted. Is it currently not mounted on the wall mount? How far is your camera from the router? Do you have an Android or iPhone? Also, how tall are you going to install your camera?
Have a look at this article and let us know if you need more help: Tips for camera placement.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks,

Its back on then went off now back on. Now the other cam is losing battery while plugged, which was the original issue I had with the first camera( battery). I'm not there everyday. But I checked everything that I check on my Arlo cameras when that happens and nothing was wrong. Cord attached correctly. It is firmly seated, there is power to the outlet. Nothing has changed. I'll just take it down and charge it and put it back up. Originally I liked these when I saw the video from my son's house. Still do and most of the time it's faster than Arlo. But I don't have any major problems except the lag. This not charging is ridiculous.

It turned and started working. It wasn't from anything I did. It's at another house where I am house sitting. I have it indoors right now and it seems to be working. Thank you.
