Hello!
I had two Nest Cams (2nd Gen) at my house in the UK. After selling that house, I want to use the same Nest Cams at my new house. So, when I try to install it, I am getting the message, "Move Closer to WiFi."
What can I do? When I connect this Nest Cam, a green light is coming. So, the Nest Cam is thinking that I am still in the old house! Should I be getting a blue light?
Obviously, this Nest Cam has to pick up the new house's WiFi.
Any solutions?
I would be grateful for your help and advice.

It's not easy to change Wi-Fi settings for many Google Nest devices. That's why Google Nest's first recommendation is to use the same network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem as you used on your old router/modem.
If you can't manage that, then Google Nest's process is to remove the Google Nest device from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while still on the old Wi-Fi network, then do a factory reset, and then reinstall in the Google Nest app or Google Home app.

Thanks for this advice. The thing is I moved from the UK to Canada!
Would you tell me how do a factor reset for this one Nest Cam? Anyone?

These are Google Nest's factory reset instructions. You might have issues if you didn't remove the camera while still on your old Wi-Fi network.

I just went through similar. You have to do a factory reset on the camera. You have to stick a paperclip or simialar item into the tiny hole on the camera. Wait a bit and the light on the camera will then turn white, then blue, instead of the green. Then you can follow the set up instructions in the App. Also, make sure the wifi network is the same one as your phone or device you are doing the set up on. Hope this helps.
