How do see my video on my iPhone in the Nest app, can see on Mac computer but not on iPhone?

Hello Debora, I was able to connect one of my Nest cameras to my Goggle Nest acct. I created, however when I try to add the other camera I have I cannot as it doesn't have a QR code or numbers on it? Also I Have a Nest Thermostat and its already installed and I have been using it for many years, so it says its already connected to an account,, I have tried every email I can think of to try to access that thermostat on the Nest App however I can't seem to figure out where the thermostat is .

Hello Debora,
I was able to get one of my wired gen 2 indoor cameras ( I think ) to work on my Iphone, however the other gen 2 wired USB indoor camera does not have a QR code on it anymore so I can't scan it, and see no numbers on the camera to type in.
Also I can't remember which log in for my thermostat I have tried everything and want that to be controllable by my Google Home app as well. I follow what it says but the thermostat does not give me a key code number ?

Thanks for the information provided! Regarding the Nest Cam (2nd Gen), I have some steps for you. The 2nd Gen cameras with a USB cable don't have the QR code visible, but you can find it on the base of the device. You only need to remove the base.
To provide you with a better example, I have a video here where you can find the way to remove it and you will get the setup code:
In the minute 1:00, you will find the instructions!
Now with your thermostat device, if you don't remember where it is located, don't worry! For this, we need to perform a factory reset on your device. With this, we can set up your device on your current account!
I noticed that maybe you are not completely sure what type of thermostat you have, but it's okay. Here, you can find and see all the types of thermostats that we have and how to perform the factory reset:
