Gen 2 Doorbell won't reconnect and has a solid green light.

After a wifi disruption one of my gen2 doorbells would not reconnect.  I removed it from the app and now it will not reconnect at all.  The staus light is solid green.  I have disconnected wires and refit it at both the bell and the chime.  I have tried resetting it with a paper clip. I have turned the breaker off and on.  I will try resetting my router.  The other bell has been working fine since the disruption.  Help!

I figured it out.  Thank you to other threads.  I was not resetting with a pin correctly.  This time I held the pin and the bell button simultaneously for 10-12 seconds.  The bell then sings a little song.  I eventually got the blue light I was needing to reconnect to my wifi and app.
