How to download a full video history, rather than clips?

Hi

I have a nest pro subscription and have a google floodlight + camera (wired) and a nest wired doorbell.

The police have asked me to provide them with video recordings for a period spanning 3 days (around 10 July 2023).

I'm struggling to figure out how to do this for them, as I can only see an option to download small video "clips" in the camera's history - where it detected motion. 

Is there an easy way to download the full video history of the camera, from a particular point in time to another?

The newer Google Nest cameras and doorbells that work only in the Google Home app do not provide any way to manually create and download clips. Some customers in this forum have reported using their phone's screen capture software to play and record videos from their Google Home app.
