How to only get notified when UNfamiliar faces are detected by my camera?

Turn off notifications for familiar faces ONLY. Keep notifications for unfamiliar.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you. Your Familiar Faces is working as intended. There are no such options to tell you only when they see unfamiliar faces. You can learn more here.
