How to order replacement wire for camera to electric plug?

 One of my cameras, keeps dropping offline. I think it is the power cord, how to request a replacement.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I would love to look into this further for you! I just want to ask you some questions first:
  • Have you tried restarting your internet router?
  • Have you restarted your camera? You can learn how here
  • Also, do you see any physical damage to the USB-C power cord?
  • What other troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
