To reinstall this is important:
Make sure your cell phone or computer is using the same WIFI setting that you want to reinstall your door bell to, then.....
Do the factory reset on doorbell, remove and press a paper clip into the small hole and hold until you hear TWO sets of sounds, 20 seconds approx. for each one but keep pressing until you hear both
Go back to your Google Home app and go to devices, then +add, then follow all the instructions (most will already be done if you are just reinstalling it to another network.
Good luck and this worked for me, but all else on the internet did not give the same instructions so after trying 50 times I found the Google Support online that I filled out and they called me back within 3 minutes.
