How to reset Hardwired Nest Cam after Power Outage?

After a power outage, how do I reset my Next Outdoor Cam that is hardwired, not plugged into an outlet?

If it’s hardwired, only option is to turn off and then on the breaker for the circuit the camera is hardwired to.
