How to view 24/7 video history on google home

I’m having trouble accessing the 24/7 video history (not events) for my Nest Cam Indoor (Wired), 2nd Gen. I’m subscribed to Nest Aware Plus, which should include 24/7 video recording for 10days, but I can’t seem to view it either on the Google Home app or through a web browser.

I’ve checked under the Activity tab, but it only shows events. I also tried selecting the camera directly to view the timeline, but that only displays clips when events are detected. If there are no events, it just says “No event detected” for that time.

Is there something I’m missing, or is 24/7 history not supported for this model? Any help would be appreciated!

To resolve this, please check the following:

Check Video History Setting:

  • Ensure 24/7 video history is enabled in your Nest camera settings. Since your camera supports this feature and you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription, verify the setting by going to:
  • Settings, then Video, and then Video History.

Check Camera History View:

  • Confirm you are viewing the correct camera history. Use the camera controller to ensure you're in the Sightline view, which displays all recorded video, including 24/7 video history. Please do the following:
  • Tap on Timeline or Event List to toggle between views.
