I’m having trouble accessing the 24/7 video history (not events) for my Nest Cam Indoor (Wired), 2nd Gen. I’m subscribed to Nest Aware Plus, which should include 24/7 video recording for 10days, but I can’t seem to view it either on the Google Home app or through a web browser.
I’ve checked under the Activity tab, but it only shows events. I also tried selecting the camera directly to view the timeline, but that only displays clips when events are detected. If there are no events, it just says “No event detected” for that time.
Is there something I’m missing, or is 24/7 history not supported for this model? Any help would be appreciated!
