I am trying to add a house member. I keep getting can’t add member right now. Why is that?

RAdd a house member. And I get can not as right now. The contract is not at home. They are out of the country right now.

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to jump in here to help. Sorry to hear that you're getting an error message, that can be frustrating. Let me see what I can do for you. 
 
Here is a guide on how to add family members to your account through the Nest app, as well as set each family member's shared access privileges.
