I can't change the activity zone for my outdoor Nest Cam

I have Galaxy S22 and am using the Home app. I have two outdoor Nest cams. They aren't allowing me to change activity zones. The translucent thingy that lets you change them won't move.

I un-installed and reinstalled Home. I restarted my phone. Neither actions fixed the problem.

Deleting then re-adding the zone fixed the problem.
