I cannot access my cameras

I have two cameras that access to on another WIFI network. I am trying to set the cameras up on my home WIFI. I cannot access them even using the QR code in setup.

Unfortunately, in order to set up your cameras on another Wi-Fi network, you'll have to factory reset them and reinstall them. See this Help topic:
