I just have the box but no the QR

During the install, you can select "Continue without scanning" to bypass scanning the QR code, and you can then enter the 6-character alphanumeric Setup Code printed on the bottom of the camera. This is shown at about 1:15 in the video on this Help page:

@Amelia248, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. What MplsCustomer has shared is right on the spot. Were you able to see the 6 digit Setup code? In case you have the Nest Cam battery, the setup code is located at the bottom part of it. Looking forward to your response.
