I had to change my email, phone number because I was hacked,  now my doorbell and cameras are not working,  how do I get them back to work, I need help

You will need to remove your cameras and doorbell from the Google Home app, perform a factory reset (see the link below, and scroll down to the "factory reset" instructions), and then reinstall them. Unfortunately, you will lose any video history you may have.
