I just bought a nest cam with floodlights for a different address. I already have a nest cam set up on my phone for my address fot about 3 years now. I added my mom's address and I cannot view anything.

Hello Theresa,
Was the 2nd Floodlight camera added to your Mom's account on her phone or your Google Home app under her address?
If you set it up on her account, she will need to go into the Google Home app and invite you to be a member of her home so you can view the camera.
If you added the camera to your account, make sure you are in the correct home to view the camera feed. If it is not working double check to make sure the camera is plugged in.
Let me know if it is still not working after trying those steps.
