Lost video history after moving canera

I can’t see my event history after moving my camera to another location and connecting it to a different wifi. It was offline for about 2.5 weeks. I need the video footage from before it was disconnected. Anyway to retrieve it?

A Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription applies to only one Google Nest "home/structure" on the same Wi-Fi network.

Apparently, as explained by @EdmondB in the post below, you can transfer a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription from one Google Nest "home/structure" to another "home/structure":
