It tries to connect and then it looks for a google hub (which I don't have). The lights work great, and I have hard reset by holding down the button for 12 seconds.
What am I missing? Do I need a google hub? Seems unnecessary.

I need some help. I cannot use Bluetooth to connect to either of the flood light cameras I’ve installed. I’ve tried resetting by holding the button for 12 seconds. I’ve tried unplugging. I downloaded a Bluetooth sniffer and I can see them. The home app times out when it’s looking for either of them. I guess I’ll return them.

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I'm terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue, I understand how upsetting this could be, but I'm happy to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you create a new home and try adding them to this home. I know that can be a long process, but It seems to work for those who are having this issue. We are of course, looking into it further I just do not have an update at this time.
Best Regards,
Brad
