I'm trapped in a installation loop.

Hi - I've ordered several Google Nest Cams (wired).

Now I have troubles to connect them into Google Home.

 

1st it's saying I need the Nest App - Nest App installed - but can't login, I need a google gmail account ( I use google G Suite) - So I've created a google gmail account. Now I'm in the Nest App - but when I want to install the Camera and scan the QR Code it want's me to connect with Google Home - there I have to Login to Nest - but I don't have a login, only the Google Login, that one does not appear, only Email & PW which I don't have and don't know how to - the other message says then, Sorry, at the moment we can't connect G Suite accounts.

Don't tell me I've bought now 9 Cameras for nothing! I have so many devices in my Google Home (three Locations) and now I'm forced to use an App, which does not let me somehow migrate because G Suite? I'm desperated.
Thank you for any workaround.

Hi there,

 

Thank you for your feedback on this, I fully understand the frustrations of not having your new Nest cams in the Nest app like you may be used too. However, you can now use the Google Home web app to view your cameras and doorbells.

 

The new Nest cameras and doorbell are exclusive to the home app because we wanted to create an integrated experience with your speakers and displays. A Nest Aware subscription applies to all of your cameras, speakers, and displays in the same home structure. Thank you for your continued patience, and support.
