I've been fighting with installation of my Nest doorbell third generation wired for weeks now. A simple installation, but immediately the security hex screw strips and there is no way in hell to get it out. I can't reset my device or get it online and I'm just about done with this. I'd like to throw the cameras in the garbage. What a waste of money. What a bad design. Apparently, Google thinks everyone lives in the USA. No specialists available in canada. Not in my area. I'm supposed to pay double with the cameras are worth to get them set up now?
