I’ve yet to have my nest doorbell work at all and stuck on warranty claim

We bought a nest doorbell and our electrician stated that this wired portion is faulty . And yet if you usb charge it it works. He recommended we seek a warranty replacement. It’s impossible to contact anyone at Google and I bought it directly from them for our new home. There is no contact number or email or means to reach out despite that I bought it directly from them. Wish Google didn’t make it impossible to get help. Now we just have electrical wires sticking out at our front gate.

Thanks I did. I talked to someone via chat and all they kept doing was trying to troubleshoot my issue and they confirmed I do have a warranty coverage until later this year, but when I told them the problem- thymes kept telling me to obtain an invoice from my vendor to them. It was obvious the person is not native English speaker for our conversation to have a loop. Just the weirdest and unhelpful warranty follow up process so far. We spent hundreds if not thousands on their nest products and we are getting a runaround right now.

Sorry to hear that you haven't had the best experience with your warranty claim. I am afraid, however, we do not have the option to assist you with this process here in the forum. You would need to try and work it out with support if you wish to move forward with your warranty claim. I understand this is an inconvenience, and I am sorry that we are unable to assist you with it here in the community forums.

Does anyone know if there is a toll free number or even paid phone number I can call in to figure out the warranty process with Google? I have searched everywhere online and cannot find one posted anywhere. Even if someone can ask the customer service to reach out to my email address would at least get this started. Thank you in advance
