Hi 3bas Akbar,

You can find a comparison between the doorbells on the Google store here however, I have highlighted a few of the notable differences below for you. 

1. The Nest Doorbell Battery does not support 24/7 recording, even when hardwired whereas the Nest Doorbell Wired does. 
2. The Nest Doorbell Battery can run off of battery power and has reduced power requirements if using with existing doorbell wiring. 
3. The Nest Doorbell Battery will continue to record and store up to an hours worth of footage on the device in the event of a power and / or internet outage. Once the power / internet is restored, all of your recordings will be uploaded.
4. The Nest Doorbell Battery has a 145° diagonal field of view with a 3:4 aspect ratio. The Nest Doorbell Wired has a 160° diagonal field of view with a 4:3 aspect ratio.
