Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can imagine that these alerts may be a frustration. Go to your notifications and make sure you edit them to what you want.
Also, if you wish not to get those alerts you can always get your Nest Hello Battery wired, that way you do not get the alerts. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
