Did you set up the camera with the Google Home app? 

You can watch your live feed on home.google.com and within the Google Home app

Blakethe2nd_, thanks for reaching out — let's see what's going on. A few questions: what Nest camera are we working on? Does the phone you use have a QR code scan feature? Is this the first time you’re installing the device? Also, are you scanning the QR code in a well-lit environment?
