This happened yesterday around 5PM. No people or activity was happening near the camera. It is installed under the eve so no rain or sunlight affect it. It has a protective boot. It was 39 degrees and it was operating perfectly since we bought it in 2020. I see these have a 2 year warranty and I would like a replacement, please. I tried to upload a screenshot but of course It says I dont have permission. Already disappointed with this support site. Why wouldnt it let me upload a picture?

Google Support never ended up replying to this so I ended up unplugging it for about five minutes and then plugging it back in and the problem went away and hasn’t returned.

Same thing just happened to me! IQ cam just switched to all horizontal lines with good audio. Completely sheltered cam too. Ugggg! I am so very disappointed with this company and product at this time!!
