We have several Nest Cameras (battery) around our building. I was informed this morning that there was an incident three days ago and we wanted to see what happened. We are NOT subscribed to Nest Aware for 24/7 monitoring right now, however, if I upgraded would I be able to access video recordings prior to when I subscribed? If not, is there another way to go back to see if I can find out what happened? Thank you for any support.

If you upgrade to Nest Aware Plus with 24/7 recording, that recording begins at the time when you purchase the subscription. (So it takes 10 days to have 10 days of 24/7 video history.)
I think it would be unethical and possibly illegal for Google Nest to be recording anything we as customer have not authorized in the form of our subscription.
