Incomplete camera history at night

Hello, I am unable to view a complete history in the Google home app. I have a Nest Aware Plus subscription and the indoor camera I use in the Nest App doesn't have any issue.

The issue seems to be isolated to the Google Home app and/or the outdoor, wired Google camera. During the day, there are no gaps in the history. At night, I have 1 - 3 hour gaps in history randomly.

It's frustrating. 

Wifi is solid. Tried resetting camera and reinstalling app. Nothing. Disabled Home AND Away routines...nothing is working. Like I said. The camera history is FINE during the day which rules out wifi and other connectivity issues.

Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

I too have this, but it is not isolated to the night, it's random at various points, it'll happen some days and only on 1 camera, sometimes all, and then rotate around.  However, for me I get a different message that tells me to check back later, so I come back later, sometimes it takes 24 hours and everything will be there.  There will be events triggering by the way that do show up, sometimes with video, sometimes without, but they eventually do all appear.  There is defnitely something wrong with the backend on Google's side for feeding the Home app.  Like you, the device using the Nest app is flawless.

The issue was not resolved and I ended up returning the camera.
