Indoor Nest Camera and Floodlight Camera stopped working

My outdoor Nest Floodlight camera and indoor camera both stopped working today.   Flood light itself still detects and works. Uninstalled and now I can't get either to connect to my network.  My doorbell and thermostat work fine - ANy ideas

Your doorbell might be acting as a sync 
switch it off and try connecting

Thanks for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Cam with Floodlights is causing you trouble.

I understand that your camera initially stopped working while the light continued to detect movement. After uninstalling it, you're now unable to reconnect the entire device to your network. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

 

Before we start troubleshooting, please provide some additional information:

  • Which color is it showing on the LED light? 
  • Did you remove the camera from the app? 
  • When connecting the camera are you getting any error messages?
