Indoor bell will not ring when connected to Google Home

My indoor bell rings as long as Hello doorbell is not added to Google Home.  Once added, the indoor bell stops working and google camera works on the phone

Yes I need help. Every time I add the bell to google home, the indoor bell stops ringing. I never had this problem the last 3 years when I had another hello unit. Early in April I had to replace with a new unit as the old one stopped working.

Are you referring to your already-installed Chime not ringing when someone uses your doorbell? Please elaborate further.

I have so much of context. I will try again.

 

My indoor chime works as long as the nest is not part of the Google Home app. Once I add the nest to Google Home app, the indoor chime stops ringing. Instead the phone starts ringing.

Hello again,

 

Thank you for providing some additional information! You should definitely be able to use those devices in the Google Home app, but if the Chime is not working then I would find a way to check the chime and see. Also, check your chime settings in the Google Home app to make sure that it is enabled and the volume is turned up.

I updated the "electronic chime" setting to 1 sec and its ringing inside except with a drag.
