Indoor cam won't connect to wifi after hub upgrade

Just got a new wifi hub from Virgin (Hub 4) and managed to connect my Nest thermostat with no problems but I can't connect the Indoor Camera to the wifi. Have tried resetting it, connecting via computer and various other suggestions in the troubleshooter but nothing works. Error code C106 when i tried to connect with the Nest app on my phone, then error code C324 when I tried to connect the camera using my Windows laptop. Help please!

Are you able to configure your new internet router/hub with the same SSID and password as your old one? That's what we did when we had to replace our router, and each device then worked without having to make changes. Judging from the various postings I see in this forum, it seems problematic to update the SSID and password on existing Google Nest cameras.

Thanks for the reply but every other device worked fine so I didn’t see any reason to change the SSID name. Very disappointed not to have received a better solution to this from Google, as it clearly seems to be a common issue.
