Hello, I have the indoor camera the new one (white) so not the Nest one and was wondering if you can change the sound sensitivity on it? I know the first gen one you can in the nest app but I know that is going away in 2024.
I looked in the home app and don't see it anywhere. I feel like that Camara is working too good and it picks up basically every little sound in the house.
Thanks

Hi Eliotmelo,
Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you have a Nest Aware subscription? What type of sound notification do you receive? Please share a screenshot sample of your sound notification here.
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Emerson

Hello Emerson,
Sorry i was probably not clear but is not about notifications but is when you live stream the camera. I do have a sub to Nest Aware. Basically the problem is that when when live stream the feed (camara is in a baby's room) the camera picks up sounds that are not even in the room but far away in the house. In a way, is working too good but is just a little annoying now that if we drop something in the kitchen, that camera will pick it up and it will sound in the live stream. Does that make sense?
Thanks

Hey there,
I’m sorry for the confusion. With the audio setting on the Google Home app the only option that you can adjust is the microphone volume and for the Events is People, Vehicle, Animals and Motion. But have you tried doing a factory reset and checked if there are changes with the sound detection? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell.
I look forward to your response.
Regards,
Edmond
