I have an Indoor Wired Cam (gen 2) that I can NOT get to go into setup (connection) mode. I have REPEATEDLY tried to reset the cam by inserting a pin into the small hole on the front, but it just won't respond. Can anyone tell me what else to do to get the cam installed on my network?

That small hole on the front of the 2nd gen Google Nest indoor camera is something else. (We have one, but I don't know what it's for.)
The reset hole on the 2nd gen Google Nest wired camera is "on the bottom of the camera head.... between the power cord and the camera neck".

THANK YOU!!!! I (thought) I had scoured this thing thoroughly! Once reset I was able to add the cam to my system easily!
