Additional info...

My WiFi upload speed is 566Mbps using '5G' protocols.
The notification delay seems significant.

Seems the same as this thread which appears to be locked (Green Padlock) as I cannot post in it but someone did 2 hour ago.

Delayed notification someone at the front door. - Google Nest Community

The delays have always been significant and I don't think it is something they can solve. SI have similar speeds to you but with a fixed line and usually I get the notifications way after it is relevant. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Used to be instant for me, my phone would beep as I walked out my own door now it is 4-5mins minutes along the road  before it beeps as I pass roughly the same house so it is consistent in the delay which was not there not too long ago.,

Thew notification tot he HUB's/Mini;s is near instant.

Has anyone seen what Google/Nest says what is to be expected?

Delayed notification someone at the front door. - Google Nest Community

From today or possibly late last night I get a near instant Alert (1-2sec) to my Android Phone as I walk out my own front door, not 4-5 mins along the road. 👍

The issue with long delays to all notification on both wifi and cellular continues,  the ONLY constant is Google's Nest products and Google's servers, and the issue is getting worse. I have reset my camera to no avail. This definitely seems like a Google issue with its support of 'Notifications' from is server configurations.

Please advise an actual fix rather than a generic response.

I’m having same delay issue too. Seems to have started this past October after years of working stellar. Sure Halloween night would have a delay but that was to be expected from all the trick-or-treaters.  Now the low end of delay is about 30 seconds and high end is a few minutes.
