The lens has smashed on my doorbell after it fell from the holder when a visitor rang the bell. Is there a way that a replacement can be arranged?

I've seen several other postings in this forum reporting this same thing from other customers.
You could try contacting Google Nest Support for a replacement, starting with this link:
