Live view not supported on this device

Spent hours on this…still no further forward. 
New house. Various google products installed, including cameras, thermostats and a doorbell. Got everything up and running on the NEST and/or GOOGLE HOME. 

Managed to pair with Alexa. All of my google devices show, however the doorbell will not show a live view or ring on my Alexa devices. All other devices are feeding through ok. 

The only thing I can find there being a difference with, is that the bell device says  ‘live view not supported on this device’. 

I’ve disconnected, installed product again, but nothing works. If anyone can point me in the right direction would be appreciated. At the moment, my doorbell is being pressed but I can’t hear it announced inside = not much use!

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this. I would like to look into this further for you. It sounds like you do not have a Nest Aware subscription. Here is a great link on how nest aware works and how to subscribe. In addition, here is a link on how to manage your subscription. I would also make sure that your cameras are restarted as well.
