Wow,,,,, what a bummer. By any chance did your old credit card expired, and the Nest Aware was not able to renew the subscription so it was automatically canceled by Google? I believe once your subscription stops, Google is no longer legally allowed to keep recording or keep any of the old footage because of privacy laws.
Is that what happened?
