When switching phones, I lost access to my old email because I forgot the password. I created a new one in hopes of migrating my cameras to the new account, but I was unable to bypass the two-factor authentication.
Is there anyway I can change my account email to my new one? Is this an issue that I must call customer support over or am I able to handle it myself?

These are Google Nest's instructions for a password reset for a Nest Account:

If you can't make this work, I don't know whether Google Nest Support can bypass two-factor authentication. If you kept your phone number, two-factor authentication should still work, but sounds like you have a new phone number as well as a new phone, so I don't know if Support has other ways to verify who you are.
You can try contacting Support by using the link and instructions in this post:

Hi everyone,
@bp81, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, have you tried retrieving the password of your old email? Just a reminder, before linking your Nest Cameras to your new email, you need to remove it from your old account. Also, do you receive your verification code to your email or mobile phone? Is your old account already migrated? Looking forward to your response.
I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.
Regards,
Emerson
