Lost all connections of Nest Outdoor Cameras with Home App

After 12 months of hassle free Nest outdoor cameras via the Google Home app, i have lost connection to my cameras,

 

Yes i've rebooted the modem, Yes nothing has changed in my wi-fi settings, Yes i have uninstalled the app and re-installed it, Yes i've removed the devices and tried to set-up again from the start, yes i've spoken the Google chat several times, Yes my bluetooth settings are correct.... and NO .... the Google home app will now not find my cameras from withing 12 inches of my phone or 12ft of my phone... HELP !!!

Hi mutchw,

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing your issue with us. To confirm, what is the light status of your Nest Camera? How far is your Nest Camera from your Wifi router? In case you haven't reset your Nest Camera we would recommend you to do so. Make sure to save any important video clips before you remove your Nest Camera from the app. Hit this link and find your Nest Camera to reset. Let us know how it goes.
