Lost my nest devices on the nest app

Lost my nest devices (2 door bell and 1 camera)on the nest app. Nest wanted me to sign in for some reason and now everything if gone.

Read about this similar issue in 2020 and its 2022 and this issue still persists.

Doesn't look like Google feels sorry or care or have fix. 

I have lost all Nest devices when I removed Android TV from my app.

Thanks for bringing this up to us and we're sorry for the delay.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your Nest devices. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions: have you migrated your account to Google? Have you tried checking if you're log into the correct account? Also, did you make any changes?

I am having this issue and noticed it today. The nest app worked fine as of yesterday, possibly this morning bur does not work now.

Yes, I do believe I attempted to merge nest and google accounts but I'm not sure how successful it was. We do have a nest thermostat and doorbell and a google home hub that does recognize the nest doorbell and thermostat so I assume it's merged.

I can log into the nest app through my google home account but can no longer see my thermostat or front door camera from it.
