Lost video on doorbell

Hello, 

My subscription is up to date, yet I have no access to video history. This is recent. Did something change?

What exactly do you mean by "no access to video history"?

Which doorbell do you actually have? Your post says "Nest Doorbell (wired Gen 2)", which only works in the Google Home app, but your post also says "Nest app (iOS)". (The Google Nest Hello Doorbell works only in the Google Nest app.)

Do you have an old 1st gen per-camera Nest Aware subscription, or a 2nd gen Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription (which have been available since 2019 and cover all cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure")?

Thanks for your reply. All video is back! Nest servers must have been down for a couple days. All is right with the world again. Thanks again for replying.
