MISSING GOOGLE STORE ORDER...Again!!!!

QUESTION:  this is the second time I have ordered from Google...and the package didn't ship.

The order says 'shipped' but the carrier site says "label generated, waiting for package from shipper."  How can anyone do business like this?  The last time I ordered a phone from Google the same thing happened, and it took months to resolve.

I think someone in the distribution facility is stealing items Google ships, knowing no one at Google checks to be sure the package actually leaves the warehouse and reaches the buyer.  

Anyone experience this as well?
