Hi. I can’t log on to my old nest account. Reset password isn’t possible because I don’t receive the reset email. I can log on to the new google account but I can’t add my camera to this account because it’s already part of my nest account. So I’m caught in a catch 22 it appears. Anyone got any ideas? Nest/google support does not bring any solution (nor can you reach anyone)…

This is a tricky one. I'm going to Escalate this and hopefully the folks at Google will reach out to you to help fix this.

yes I have acces to the old email account. I use it frequently for mail. How do you mean can I add it to the Gmail app?
logging in to the nest app I used the old email because nest doesn’t allow to log in with mij gmail account.

When I mean "add the old email to the Gmail app," I mean, you can try to add the email you used to use with the Nest app to the Gmail app, so when you try to sign in to your old account in the Nest app, you can choose the option "Sign in with Google" instead of "Sign in with Nest.".
The reason you are having difficulties logging into your account, including not receiving the email to reset the password, might be that your old account has been migrated. And logging in with Google will allow you to access your account.
